Recruit Mint is partnering with a well-established company looking for Production Operatives to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work sociable hours, Monday to Friday, with overtime available in busy periods. Full training is provided.
Your Role as a Production Operative: ✔ Work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment ✔ Ensure products meet the required quality standards ✔ Read and follow job sheets to select the correct components for production ✔ Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while working at speed ✔ Inspect products and make necessary corrections ✔ Follow all Health & Safety regulations
What We’re Looking For: Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Organised and able to manage time effectively
