A well-established food manufacturer on the outskirts of Sudbury is expanding its team and looking for practical, hands-on Production Operatives. This role is ideal for candidates from a food production background, but training can be provided for the right person.

This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with an immediate start and long-term prospects for the right candidate.

Production Operative Duties:

Operating food production machinery and equipment Carrying out quality checks and completing basic paperwork (paper and digital) Assisting across production, warehousing, and goods-in departments Moving stock and finished goods around the site Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in line with food safety standards Supporting the team with a flexible, hands-on approachPay & Hours:

Monday to Friday Rotating weekly shifts: 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 £12.21+ p/hour, depending on experience Overtime available Weekly pay Holiday allowance Temporary-to-permanent opportunityThis is a great chance to join a growing, friendly team with a supportive environment and strong long-term prospects.
