For a Production Operative this is a perfect time to join a well-established company based in South Cerney.As the Production Operative your role will be to manufacture bespokeproducts on the production line, pick and pack distributor orders and regular stock rotation.This Production Operative role will offer earlies and days shift pattern, those being: Monday Friday 06:00am 14:00pm & 14:00pm 22:00pm.This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company on a full-time basis.Full training will be given, however produciton expereince is highly advantagousA brief overview of the role:Location - South CerneyPre 12 Weeks -£13.70 Post 12 Weeks -£18.24per hourMonday FridayRotational Shift 06:00am 14:00pm &14:00pm 22:00pmFree onsite parkingPensionLunch facilitiesYour role as a Production Operative will involve the following duties:Quality checking all goods prior to dispatchLiaising with supervisors if there are any faultsRunning safety checks on machineryMachine operating safety and efficientlyPreparing products for dispatch - making boxes / packaging / labellingLoading pallets for deliveryWorking on the assembly lineSome degree of heavy lifting will be requiredGeneral warehouse housekeeping dutiesThe ideal candidate for the Production Operative position will have:Production operative experience is extremely essentialFull UK Driving LicenseQuality control experienceGood communication skillsGood team workerGood attention to detailKeen eye for detailJBRP1_UKTJ
