Shifts: Rotating Days & Afters
Pay Rate: £12.93 per hour
Start: Immediate starts available

About the Role

We’re recruiting reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a successful manufacturing team based in Darton, Barnsley. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for long-term, stable work within a supportive and well‑established business.

Key Responsibilities

* Operating production and assembly machinery

* Packing, labelling, and quality checking finished products

* Following health & safety and site procedures

* Maintaining a clean and organised work area

* Working effectively as part of a team to meet daily production targets

Shift Pattern

Rotating weekly:

* Days: 6am – 2pm

* Afters: 2pm – 10pm

What We’re Looking For

* Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential

* Good attention to detail

* Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

* Reliable, punctual, and hard‑working
