About the Role: We are seeking a diligent and skilled Manufacturing Operative to join our dynamic production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for manufacturing products to specified quality standards, utilizing various area equipment across multiple departments including Metallic’s, Cleanroom, Ink Jet, Mold Shop, and Stores. Adherence to all company policies and Health and Safety protocols is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and set machinery to ensure products meet company quality requirements. Work closely with Senior Operators and team members to maintain smooth production flow. Use measuring equipment to verify product conformity. Assemble products accurately and efficiently. Maintain a positive, methodical approach to all manufacturing tasks. Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to undertake training as required. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the work area. Follow all Health and Safety regulations strictly. Contribute positively within a team environment while also working independently when needed. Essential Qualifications:

GCSEs grade C or above, demonstrating good numeracy and literacy skills. Desirable Qualifications:
