Production Operative We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join a busy team. This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent for the right individual. Due to the location it is essential that you have your own transport Key Responsibilities: * Packing and parcelling finished products for delivery or client collection * Operating machinery to manufacture products * Making up custom boxes to suit various product types * General housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe production area * Supporting general production tasks as required What We're Looking For: * A strong work ethic and positive attitude * Attention to detail and a willingness to learn * Ability to work well independently and as part of a team * Punctuality and reliability are essential Benefits: * Weekly pay * Up to 28 days holiday * Potential for the role to become permanent with a salary of £33,000 * Working with an experienced and dedicated recruitment team Location: Based in a rural location outside of Canterbury - It is essential that you have your own transport Contract Type: Temporary (with potential for permanent) If you're proactive, take pride in your work, and want to be part of a supportive production team, we'd love to hear from you.
