Slitting Operator Louth (LN11 Area) Our client, based in the Louth (LN11) area , is a leading European packaging company specialising in flexible and sustainable packaging solutions for some of the worlds most respected brands. They are currently recruiting for a Slitting Operator to join their production and warehouse team. The Role As a Slitting Operator , you will be responsible for the set-up and operation of Universal Slitting Machines , ensuring production runs efficiently, safely and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Setting up and running Universal Slitting Machines Ensuring the slitter operates at optimum efficiency , following set procedures and quality standards Removing reels as directed and packaging them in line with customer specifications Maintaining full product traceability and compliance to auditable standards Recording all inputs and outputs throughout the process Ensuring all KPIs across
