Siamo Recruitment are working with an established wood distributor based in Cirencester. Theyre seeking a talented individual to join their dedicated team as a Production Operative.
As a Production Operative., you will work collaboratively to ensure the manufacturing process runs smoothly and exceeds customer satisfaction.
Training will be provided, however experience within a production team is essential.

Your role as the Sawmill Operative will involve the following duties: Quality checking all goods throughout and post manufacture Loading raw materials into the production process and potentially lifting/stacking finished pallets. Running safety checks on machinery Machine operating safety and efficiently Preparing products for dispatch -and loading pallets for delivery Liaising with supervisors with any issues.
