Job Title: Production Operative Location: West Bromwich Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

Working Hours:

* Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 16:30

* Friday: 07:30 – 12:30

We are recruiting for a hands-on refurbishment operative to join our client in West Bromwich.

The role will initially focus on dismantling and cleaning returned products ready for reuse or refurbishment. As the position develops, there may also be opportunities to move into assembly work.

Main Duties:

* Dismantle returned products safely and efficiently

* Clean components to a high standard

* Keep the work area organised and safe

* Work as part of a team to meet daily targets

* Support with assembly tasks as required

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a hands-on, practical role preferred

* Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
