We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well-established injection moulding manufacturer based in Corby. These are permanent positions with two shift options available, along with the opportunity to pick up additional hours during the week if desired.

Location: Corby Shift Options: Weekend Days: Saturday & Sunday - 06:00 to 18:00 (£13.50 per hour) Weekend Nights: Friday, Saturday & Sunday - 18:00 to 06:00 (£14.00 per hour) Additional Hours: Optional shifts available Monday to Thursday (not classed as overtime) All hours paid

Duties:

Operate and monitor injection moulding machines Unload finished products and perform basic quality checks Ensure machines are running efficiently and safely Report any faults or production issues to the relevant team Maintain a clean and organised working areaThe ideal candidate must:

Have experience working in a manufacturing or production setting Be reliable and committed to working consistent weekend shifts Have strong attention to detail and a quality-first approach Be physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual handling tasks Be open to picking up additional weekday shifts (optional)Benefits:
