Were currently recruiting for a hands-on Production Operative to join a busy rural-based manufacturing site on a Temp to Perm basis. Due to the location, you must be able to drive to access the site. This is a great opportunity to grow within a supportive, long-standing team once permanent, youll be upskilled across departments and fully trained on both Reach and Counterbalance FLT, which comes with a pay increase. What Youll Be Doing: Labelling, sampling, and decanting liquids into containers Mixing solutions as part of the production process Moving drums (up to 200kg pivoting/twisting required) Manual lifting of up to 30kg Completing basic quality and quantity checks Recording stock codes and data (basic computer input) Rotating through departments based on workload Following health & safety procedures at all times What Youll Need: ?
