We are looking for a driven Production Operative to join a global independent soft drinks manufacturer with 78 manufacturing sites worldwide including 6 sites in the UK based in Bridgwater (TA6).

Salary £32,774.19 per annum (Basic £29,794.72 with a shift allowance of £2,979.47) 4 on 4 off Shift pattern –2 Days, 2 Nights 4 days off 12 Hour shifts – Day: 06:00 to 18:00 / 07:00 - 19:00 & Night: 18:00 to 06:00 or 19:00 - 07:00 Permanent role Benefits: 22 days holiday, pension, healthcare options, and employee benefits platform.  As a Production Operative you will join our large Production team of over 500 colleagues, where you will be working on one of the 27 production line’s overseeing the beverage filling machines. The production machines create fill and package drinks products from Innocent smoothies to leading supermarkets orange juice and everything in between!

You’ll be hands-on with operating machinery, carrying out changeovers, basic maintenance, and fault finding to keep everything running safely and effectively. Completing all required documentation to maintain full audit readiness whilst working collaboratively as part of a production team to achieve key factory performance.
