Paid training providedTraining Structure (First 3 Weeks):To get you fully up to speed, youll complete 3 weeks of paid training on weekday day shifts. We offer flexibility during this period, and you can choose the option that suits you best:Monday & Tuesday 10 hours per dayorWednesday & Thursday 10 hours per dayOnce training is completed, you will transition onto your permanent weekend shift pattern, working:Saturday & Sunday 12-hour shiftsThis setup allows you to gain the necessary skills during the week initially, before moving into consistent weekend work.What Were Looking For:? Reliable and ready to get stuck in? Comfortable in a hands-on production environment? Able to commit to the full training period and contract?
