Job Role: Production Operative – Rotating Day Shift Start Dates: January 2026 Starts

Rate of Pay: £12.21 per hour Location: Oldham Contract Type: Temp to Perm

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday Rotating shifts 6:30am – 2:30pm & 2:30pm – 10:30pm

Our well-established manufacturing client based in Oldham is currently recruiting Production Operatives to join their busy production team. This role is offered on a temp-to-perm basis, with immediate starts available and future start dates from January 2026 for suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating within a fast-paced production environment Packing finished products in line with company standards Handling and preparing raw materials for production Feeding products through industrial production machinery Carrying out basic quality checks to ensure product standards are met Palletising finished goods for storage and dispatch Completing production and quality documentation accurately Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or factory environments Comfortable working with repetitive tasks and meeting production targets Good attention to detail and quality awareness Reliable, hardworking, and able to work rotating shifts Following the successful completion of a probationary period, there are excellent opportunities for progression into other production and manufacturing roles within the business.
