We are looking for Production Team Members who will play a key role in ensuring our production processes run smoothly and efficiently. Key Information: • Competitive Rate of Pay • Contract Type: Full-Time Permanent • Working Hours: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities: • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Adhere to company policies, including Health & Safety and Food Safety. • Report Health & Safety or quality concerns to your Line Leader. • Participate in company training programs. • Maintain a clean and safe working environment. • Wear appropriate PPE and follow hygiene requirements. • Ensure products meet quality specifications. • Report any out-of-specification products or materials to your supervisor or QA. • Responsible for the curing process of meat products - this involves adding salts or other curing agents to remove moisture and infuse flavour. Various methods may be used, such as dry curing, injection curing, or brine curing solutions , to achieve the desired results.
