Production Operator
Location: St Neots
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm
Start Date: Monday 4th August (Immediate start available)

We’re recruiting Production Operators to join a well-established food and seed processing business based in St Neots. If you’re reliable, hard-working, and ready to start immediately, this is a great opportunity to secure full-time work in a dynamic production setting.
As a Production Operator, you will:
Operate heavy-duty industrial and automated machinery
Carry out manual tasks such as tipping, packing, and labelling
Drive a forklift (training can be provided if needed)
Follow all site safety procedures and quality standards
Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
Work closely with other departments including Warehouse, QC and Engineering
What We’re Looking For
A good understanding of English (spoken and written)
A strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
Comfortable working with machinery and performing physical tasks
Experience in food production or warehouse environments is helpful
Forklift experience is desirable but not essential
Someone who works well in a team and follows instructions carefully
