A senior manufacturing leader with a track record of delivering sustainable results in fast-paced, high-volume environments Strong experience in leading large teams through change, engagement, and performance improvement Deep understanding of lean manufacturing and operational excellence methodologies A confident communicator with the credibility to influence at all levels Commercially aware, data-driven, and decisive in approach A background in automotive, defence or similarly complex manufacturing environments is highly advantageousWhy This Role?
