Head of Operations / Production Thatcham / Newbury, Berkshire Salary £60k-£70k pa + Benefits

An exciting opportunity for a Head of Operations to join a fast-paced food manufacturing business and make a major contribution to the further development and success of the company.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Head of Operations will hold full Operational responsibility for managing day-to-day factory activities, demonstrating leadership and assisting the business in achieving its vision, strategy and financial targets. The individual appointed will assume responsibility for Production, Planning, Engineering, Warehouse, Logistics.

The Head of Operations appointed will drive continuous improvement and lead the implementation of the Manufacturing and Operations strategy. They will sit on the senior management team and use their knowledge and experience to influence decisions affecting business profitability and growth.

Responsibilities of the role includes:
