Technical and Audit accountability and full knowledge of BRCGS audit protocol Hands on and sleeves up approach, this is not a sit behind a desk role and 80% of the shift is factory floor based Coordinate with engineering and QA to minimise downtime and maintain product quality. Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, waste reduction, and resource utilisation. Enforce food safety, GMP, HACCP, hygiene, and general safety standards.
