Were working with a long-established sub-contract precision machining company in Coventry, known for high-quality, small batch and prototype work. With steady growth and a skilled team in place, they're now looking for a Production Manager to oversee day-to-day operations on the shop floor keeping jobs on track, leading from the front, and driving quality.
What's on Offer:
Salary: £40,000 £50,000 (paid as hourly rate, able to earn overtime) Overtime: Available regularly, paid at enhanced rates Hours: Monday to Thursday: 07:30 16:30 Friday: 07:30 12:30 (early finish) Contract: Full-time, permanent Environment: Precision sub-contract engineering, small batch & prototype work 
The Role - Production Manager:
As Production Manager, you'll be:
