Hours:

Monday to Friday
Early finish FridaysKey Responsibilities

Develop and manage robust production plans aligned with business demand
Oversee weekly and monthly scheduling, ensuring capacity and materials are effectively balanced
Drive strong delivery performance, ensuring production targets are met on time and in full
Maintain clear oversight of production flow, identifying and resolving issues proactively
Lead daily and weekly production reviews, using data and KPIs to guide decisions
Promote and embed a strong quality-first culture across all production activities
Introduce and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
Manage MRP processes for builds, components, and spares
Provide clear direction and leadership to production teams, supporting development and accountability
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across the business
Ensure all operations meet health, safety, and regulatory standards

Requirements

Experience in a production management or senior supervisory role within manufacturing
Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and workflow management
Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment
Confident decision-maker with a data-led approach
Experience driving improvements in performance, quality, and efficiency
Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and engagementDesirable:

Background in electro-mechanical manufacturing
Experience using ERP/MRP systems
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles
Engineering or manufacturing qualification (or equivalent experience)What's in it for You?
