A growing food manufacturer is seeking an experienced and motivated Production Manager to support high-performing production operations at their state-of-the-art facility near Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious manufacturing professional looking to step into a leadership role within a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. On Offer: * Salary will be circa £45,000 - £50,000 doe * Monday - Friday: 6am - 3pm. * Pension Key Responsibilities * Oversee production performance to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets. * Plan, allocate, and manage manpower effectively across all production lines. * Technical and Audit accountability and full knowledge of BRCGS audit protocol * Hands on and sleeves up approach, this is not a sit behind a desk role and 80% of the shift is factory floor based * Coordinate with engineering and QA to minimise downtime and maintain product quality. * Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, waste reduction, and resource utilisation. * Enforce food safety, GMP, HACCP, hygiene, and general safety standards. * Conduct routine safety checks and ensure timely corrective actions.
