Progression OpportunitiesMy client is a fast-paced manufacturing leader seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead high-performing teams, drive lean improvements, and ensure top-quality, safe, and efficient operations on a 24/7 shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire production teams to deliver high performance and a positive shopfloor culture.
Manage daily operations to meet output, quality, safety, and compliance targets.
Ensure effective resource planning and execution of the production schedule.
Maintain shift records and lead performance reviews with clear improvement actions.
Drive a strong safety culture and ensure environmental and GMP compliance.
Collaborate with Planning, Engineering, Quality, and HSE to achieve operational goals.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and embed lean manufacturing practices.
Oversee smooth product changeovers and minimise downtime.
Take responsibility for site standards and facility condition during shifts.Key Skills

Proven leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong communication and team development abilities.
Hands-on operational management with a focus on results.
In-depth knowledge of GMP, health & safety, and quality systems.
Skilled in lean principles, waste reduction, and driving efficiency.
Confident decision-maker with strong problem-solving skills.
Flexible, resilient, and comfortable working on a 24/7 shift pattern.
