We are working with a successful Ballymena based manufacturer to recruit for their new permanent Production / Machine Operator interviewing ASAP and offering a generous package. Monday to Friday days (5.30am 2.30pm / 7am 4pm) £33,280 + bonus & excellent benefits Working within a busy team you will receive full training and then you will; Coordinate & control batches of product within specification Operate plant safely to provide quality products as efficiently as possible for the maximum time in the production day Carry out pre-use checks and adhere to safety procedures at all times Ensure equipment is clean and well-maintained including end-of-shift wash down What we are looking for Comfortable working within a production / factory environment Awareness of Health & Safety / COSHH regulations Confident communication skills In return you can expect a generous package including 30 days holidays, bonus, healthcare, sick pay, discount schemes, pension plan, life assurance plus more.
