The Best Connection Tamworth are recruiting Production Line Operatives for our client's busy manufacturing site. No previous experience needed as full training provided. Competitive pay, rotating day shifts, and the opportunity for permanent positions after a successful trial.

Pay & Working Hours:

Monday to Friday

2-shift rotation: 06:00-13:30 / 13:30-21:00

£12.47 per hour

Job Overview:
Join a growing manufacturing team as a Production Line Operative. Duties may include operating semi-automated machines, handling chemicals, copper bonding on PCB panels, operating CNC machines to rout finished circuit boards, supporting testing/inspection processes, and processing panels with resin during the fill stage. Full training is provided, and successful candidates may be offered permanent positions after a trial period.
