This structure is supported by the Studios UK Finance Hub, a centralised finance function providing analytical support, accounting and reporting and the Production Finance Hub providing production finance support across Scripted and Unscripted productions.The roleWe are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Production Finance Manager to join us on a 12 month fixed term basis. As our dedicated Production Finance Manager in Scripted, you’ll be at the financial helm of ITV’s dynamic in-house drama productions, driving the success of a diverse and ambitious slate. Reporting to the Head of Production Finance - Scripted, you’ll provide expert production finance oversight across every stage of the production lifecycle. This role offers the chance to be a trusted advisor, a key connector across departments, and a champion of robust financial governance that enables creative excellence to thrive.Some of your key day to day responsibilities will include:Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of freelance Production Accountants, fostering a culture of excellence and collaborationAct as the central finance liaison between Production, Finance, Business Affairs, and external partners to ensure seamless supportProvide trusted financial guidance to senior production leaders to help deliver high-quality scripted contentSupport Production Management in preparing and reviewing budgets aligned with strategic goalsOversee cost reporting to deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial updates for decision-makingManage the full production lifecycle: onboarding freelance accountants, configuring systems (payroll, PAYE, VAT), tracking spend, projecting cash flow, and closing out productionsDeliver finance support throughout the production cycle as neededImplement and maintain strong governance and cash management controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with policiesCollaborate with the HETV Financial Accountant to provide required data for AVEC claims and audit processesReview and approve production payments, ensuring accuracy and timelinessSkills you’ll need (minimum criteria)Extensive experience in scripted production financeDeep understanding of scripted production processesProficient in using scripted production finance toolsProven leadership skills with a strong track record of managing, mentoring, and developing teamsOther things we’re looking for (key criteria)Experience working within an organisation with multiple labels would be advantageousExperience collaborating with a large Global Finance Operations (GFO) team would be greatly beneficialExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesConfident team player, skilled at building relationships across all seniority levelsHighly organised, proactive, with strong attention to detail and a results-focused mindsetPlease note, on occasion we may receive a very large volume of applications which means applications for a role may close earlier than the referenced closing date.
