This role does require being onsite 5 days a week, with some flexibility for occasional remote working. The salary for this role is up to £30k, depending on experience. What you'll be doing Enhance the reliability and efficiency of SEAs production processes across a complex product portfolio and modern facility, including identification of process improvements, new equipment development and detailed standard operation procedures. Maintain and update manufacturing documentation, tooling and processes Triage any production issues arising in manufacture and apply effective root cause problem solving techniques.
