Are you a hands-on Production Engineer who enjoys improving processes, designing tooling and driving real change on the shop floor? Do you want a role where you can influence everything from NPI and tooling through to lean improvements, cost reduction and production efficiency all while working a 4.5 day week ? Were supporting a specialist manufacturing business in New Milton who are looking to recruit a Production Engineer to join their team. Whats the role all about? This is a varied and highly impactful role where youll provide technical and operational support across production , working closely with Operations, Quality and Technical teams. Youll be responsible for improving processes, implementing new technology, supporting NPI activities and driving efficiency across manufacturing. This is not just a desk-based role, youll be heavily involved on the shop floor, making real improvements that drive performance.
