Our client supplies components to a range of industries and is known for its investment in modern machinery, strong production standards, and continuous improvement culture. The Role We are looking for a hands-on Production Cell Leader to take responsibility for an 8-machine area on a busy injection moulding shop floor. This is a shop floor-based role , where you will lead from the frontsupporting operators, maintaining performance, and ensuring quality standards are met at all times. Key Responsibilities Lead operators and material handlers within your cell Ensure machines are running efficiently and fully staffed Carry out 4-hourly checks across 8 machines Inspect parts, packaging, and labelling to ensure specification compliance Manage first-off and last-off samples Act quickly on production issues (including stopping machines if required) Maintain Healt...
