By uniting product development with customer insight, go-to-market execution, and cross-functional alignment, the Product Success Manager bridges strategy and execution, ensuring that every product or feature launch is insight-led, commercially viable, and clearly understood across the business. They amplify customer voice, embedding customer insight into the heart of product, marketing, and commercial decisions. In this role you will drive business impact, by aligning product evolution with measurable outcomes such as Net Promoter Score (NPS), base growth, and net adds and fuel transformation, acting as a catalyst for a truly customer-led culture across Product, Content, and Transformation teams. This role transforms complexity into clarity, and vision into value, ensuring that what we build is not only technically brilliant, but also market-ready, customer-loved, and commercially successful.
