The Role: Product Expert
They are introducing a brand-new role in their technology team—Product Expert—to take full ownership of their Workbench platform. This is a transformative business-critical application at the heart of the Technology Transformation Programme (TTP), initially supporting Underwriting and evolving to integrate other business functions over time.
You'll work closely with Underwriters, third-party vendors, and the wider tech team, ensuring the Workbench evolves to meet user needs while maintaining the scalability and flexibility needed for growth.

- Ensure integration and collaboration with related tech platforms and applications.
What We're Looking For
- 3–4+ years’ experience in Product, Business Analysis, or Project Coordination.
- Stakeholder-focused: confident communicator who can translate technical jargon into business terms.
- A problem-solver: logical, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven.
- Familiarity with the Workbench concept, or similar platforms/tools.
- Vendor management experience – able to coordinate with third-party developers.
- Curiosity, initiative, and the drive to become a subject matter expert.
Bonus Points:
- Background in Underwriting Support, Business Analysis, or similar regulated environments.
- Exposure to BI or SQL is helpful, but not required.
- Previous experience in a smaller, agile tech team.
The Interview Process
- Discovery Call – 30 mins with Niamh + stakeholder
- 1st Interview – 45 mins focused on experience, stakeholder engagement & product thinking
- Final Interview – 45 mins with senior tech leaders
