Our client is seeking a Product Safety & Compliance Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the safety, quality, and sustainability of innovative products launched to global markets.\n\nThis is a high-impact opportunity for someone who wants to influence product design from the earliest stages, navigate complex regulatory landscapes, and ensure products meet the highest safety and compliance standards\n\nProduct Safety & Compliance Manager\n\n Permanent\n\n Competitive Salary\n\n Monday–Friday\n\n London, Wembley\n\nProduct Safety & Compliance Manager\n\n Job Description\n\nLead product safety and regulatory compliance by developing, implementing, and maintaining programmes\nEstablish and manage compliance systems to ensure new and existing products meet all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.\nOversee product testing and approvals, defining test requirements, reviewing results, and maintaining accurate safety and compliance documentation.\nMonitor global regulatory changes and communicate impacts to cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective implementation.\nEmbed safety, compliance, and sustainability into product development by collaborating with engineering, quality, and other internal teams. \n\nProduct Safety & Compliance Manager\n\n Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications\n\nProven experience in product safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and/or sustainability roles.\nStrong knowledge of applicable regulations and standards, including Machinery Directives, Low Voltage Directives, and related frameworks.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
