We’re adding a Product Quality & Reliability Engineer to our Windsor, CT team to elevate product performance and safeguard compliance. You’ll be the connective tissue between standards and execution—establishing robust quality practices, coordinating audits, and translating analysis into action.

Impact you will have

Build and implement quality assurance procedures that ensure every product meets required specifications and regulations. Lead routine inspections and audits to assess process health and uncover improvement opportunities. Partner with cross-functional groups to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence. Use data analysis to guide continuous improvement projects and track outcomes. Develop and deliver comprehensive performance reporting to leadership. Help design and roll out training that strengthens organization-wide quality awareness. Stay current on applicable standards and regulatory requirements to maintain compliance.

What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or closely related field. Demonstrated experience in a quality engineering role. Strong command of quality management systems and best practices. Excellent analytical thinking and problem resolution skills. Working knowledge of tools such as Six Sigma, Lean, and FMEA. Exceptional written and verbal communication. Ability to thrive individually and on teams in a fast-moving environment.
