Role Summary: Our client is in search of a detail-oriented and strategic Product Quality Manager to spearhead quality assurance efforts throughout the product lifecycle. The successful candidate will be pivotal in setting quality standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement to enhance product performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards for products. Lead quality initiatives from design through production and post-launch stages. Manage incoming and outgoing inspection processes to ensure product conformity and reduce defects. Oversee supplier quality management, including qualification, audits, and corrective actions. Review and approve quality documentation to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory standards.
