Product Owner - Bath (Hybrid / Flexible Working) YT Technologies - Healthcare Software We're hiring an experienced Product Owner on behalf of a leading healthcare software company in Bath. You'll help shape a major digital product used by hundreds of mental health services across the UK and internationally. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative, coaching‑led environment where you'll work closely with developers, designers, data specialists and Scrum Masters to deliver meaningful, user‑focused solutions. What You'll Do
Own and prioritise the product backlog Define product direction and shape the roadmap Work with technical teams to remove blockers and clarify requirements Communicate with stakeholders to align on goalsUnderstand customer pain points and translate them into clear deliverables Support data‑focused initiatives (experience with data teams is a bonus)
What You Bring
Proven Product Owner experience Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly Experience working in an agile environment CSPO (or equivalent), or willingness to complete it in role
