The opportunity:
We are an ambitious new AI company on a mission to revolutionise two of the most traditional sectors: Insurance and Legal services. Harnessing the transformative power of Artificial Intelligence, we are building innovative, intelligent solutions that will streamline complex processes, reduce costs, improve decision-making, and ultimately deliver better outcomes for businesses and individuals.
Our focus lies in two key areas:
- AI for Insurance Technology (InsurTech) - driving automation, predictive analytics, claims management, fraud detection, and customer experience through AI-driven solutions.
- AI for Legal Technology (LegalTech) - transforming case management, document analysis, legal research, contract review, and compliance through cutting-edge AI capabilities.
Responsibilities
Product Vision and Strategy
You will define and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with the company’s objectives. This will involve conducting thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation.
Product Roadmap Ownership
You will develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps, ensuring that features and enhancements are prioritised based on business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility. You will work closely with the Chief Technology Officer, AI engineers to ensure alignment on delivery priorities.
Stakeholder Engagement
You will act as the key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. You will gather, refine, and translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories and product specifications.
Backlog Management and Delivery Oversight
You will take ownership of the product backlog, ensuring that user stories are clearly defined, prioritised, and ready for development. You will lead sprint planning, reviews, and backlog refinement sessions, working closely with Agile delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Risk and Compliance Awareness
You will collaborate with legal, compliance, and security teams to ensure that AI solutions adhere to all relevant data protection, regulatory, and ethical guidelines. You will proactively anticipate and mitigate product risks, particularly in relation to AI bias, data security, and operational resilience.
Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement
You will define and monitor key product metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement. You will remain informed about emerging AI technologies, regulatory developments, and industry trends to ensure the product remains competitive, relevant, and innovative.
The Successful Candidate:
ESSENTIAL
- Manager level with demonstrable experience of delivering software solutions
- Strong communication skills, stakeholder management and client facing experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership or relevant fields
