Previously known as Accrol Group and established in 1993, Navigator Tissue UK is the UKs leading independent tissue converter producing private label toilet roll, kitchen roll, facial tissue products and a range of wet wipes for most of the UKs major grocery retailers. We currently have five manufacturing sites in Blackburn, Leyland, Leicester, Flint and Bridgwater across the UK, but are in the process of moving rolls manufacturing from Blackburn to Leyland.
