We are working with an established Tour Operator based in Kent, who are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join their team. The role: Negotiation of Escorted Tours, Cruises and FIT/Beach contracts and special offers in line with company expectations Direct responsibility for contract accuracy and completion Maintain and react to competitor analysis on Escorted Tours, Cruises and FIT/Beach contracts Research and develop new markets and destinations Maintaining excellent supplier relationships and promoting the Mercury brand positively Analyse market trends (both own product and industry) to propose and then develop new products To monitor the daily sales with the Head of Product to highlight areas / products to improve sales for the business. To undertake overseas visit from time to time to contract hotels and to inspect destinations and services. All costs/dates for assigned areas loaded Ensure all process for contracts to be loaded correctly Ensure timely delivery of all brochures in conjunction with the Head of Product and the marketing department
