Product Manager
Location: Manchester 3 days per week in the office with travel expected (approx 25%)
Salary: £38,000 to £42,000 basic
I’m currently working on an exciting Product Manager opportunity within a well established, market leading organisation operating across the construction and building materials space.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys owning a product portfolio end to end and wants to play a key role in shaping strategy, driving growth and bringing new products to market.
The role
You’ll take ownership of a defined product portfolio, managing the full lifecycle from ideation through to launch and beyond. Working closely with cross functional teams across sales, marketing, technical and operations, you’ll help define and deliver product strategy, ensuring strong commercial performance and market relevance.
You’ll also be heavily involved in new product development, building business cases, defining go to market strategies and ensuring successful product launches.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage the product lifecycle including pricing, positioning and performance
- Develop and deliver product strategy aligned to wider business goals
- Lead new product development from concept through to launch
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer insights
About you
- Experience in a Product Manager or similar role
- Ideally some exposure to construction, building materials or a related sector
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategy and delivery
- Confident working cross functionally and influencing stakeholders
