This position is responsible for leading and coordinating cost-down initiatives, reporting to the Safran Nacelles Group via Marque Industrial, and supporting new business development across the factory. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, manage program KPIs, and report progress to senior leadership. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting new business rollouts and will work closely with Manufacturing Engineers, Supply Chain, and Operations to deliver cost-effective manufacturing solutions.

*Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
*Proven experience in project management or operations management.
*Strong understanding of sheet metal production processes, materials, and cost management.
*Experience identifying and leading cost-down initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Excellent communication and presentation skills to report to senior leadership and interact with cross-functional teams.
*Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
*Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project) and ERP systems.
