The Role Reporting to the Innovation Controller, you’ll support the NPD team through the Stage & Gate process, ensuring smooth product launches. You’ll manage timelines, documentation, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring all paperwork is in place for each stage of development while tracking product progress, costs, and regulatory data. You will also review all existing documentation and implement best-in-class working practices for product development.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely sample delivery and smooth launches, while staying informed on food trends to contribute to future product development.
