Product Development Manager, Fixed Term Contract (12 Months)Competitive salary and excellent benefitsThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing and evolving global FMCG manufacturer as a product development manager, managing the pipeline of concept-to-launch product development, working at the forefront of food technology and sustainability, developing new products and driving innovation and excellence for a range of market-leading global consumer products.You will be responsible for:Leading a product development team and a portfolio of complex NPD and innovation projectsTechnical leadership, governance and management within the product development team, ensuring product solutions are consumer led and robustly validatedProject delivery and technical guidance to influence technical feasibility, approach and timeline of projectsForging strong and effective relationships with a network of technical and non-technical stakeholders, both internally and with suppliers.About youYou will have a background in food manufacturing, line management experience and a sound technical understanding of ingredients - experience of powder-manufacturing processes would be highly desirable - new process technologies and hands-on management of multiple projects.
