Key Responsibilities: Develop and enhance a diverse range of fund products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including investment, distribution, legal, compliance, operations, and marketing, to drive product initiatives forward. Conduct thorough market, competitor, and regulatory analysis to shape product decisions and uncover new opportunities. Manage the end-to-end process for fund launches, closures, and modifications. Support the global product strategy, focusing on innovation, scalability, and aligning products with investor needs. Lead product planning efforts, creating annual execution plans. Oversee governance responsibilities, such as the annual Assessment of Value (AoV) and Consumer Duty assessments for the UK fund range, along with similar obligations in other jurisdictions.
