This is a full time hybrid role with a salary of £30k- £40k DOE. You must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to sites and events as needed.

We’re looking for a creative, self-motivated individual to help shape the future product portfolio. In this role, you’ll dive deep into the markets they operate in, spot emerging opportunities, and map out product roadmaps that align with the growth plans. Ideally, you’ll have experience using CAD and be able to interpret and create technical drawings for suppliers to work off of. Key Responsibilities: Research market trends, customer requirements, and competitor products to uncover gaps and generate viable new product ideas. Establish clear product vision, strategy, and a practical roadmap that aligns with company objectives and timelines.
