PRODUCT DESIGNER (MIDWEIGHT)
UP TO £60,000 + BONUS
LONDON 3X WEEK

THE ROLE:
As a Product Designer, you’ll own the end-to-end design process across critical onboarding and account journeys, driving conversion, engagement, and overall customer experience.
You’ll get stuck into everything:
- Discovery, ideation, prototyping, and delivery
- Shaping strategic decisions alongside product and engineering
- Elevating design quality across the team
- Mentoring junior designers and pushing design standards forward
This isn’t just about making things look good. You’ll have real influence on the product vision and where it’s headed.
WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON:
- Redesigning and modernising legacy trading platforms
- Building out new retail propositions to compete at entry level
- Creating a unified product experience across web and app
- Designing a seamless, best-in-class onboarding journey
- Driving the full redesign of the entire product stack
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Must-haves:
- End-to-end product design experience across discovery, testing, and delivery
- Expertise in Figma, design systems, and prototyping
- Creative problem-solving that goes beyond standard competitor patterns
- Experience in fast-paced environments such as FinTech, FS, or startups
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
Nice-to-haves:
- Exposure to UX or product research
- Experience designing for complex, regulated workflows
- Motion or animation design skills
