Salt have partnered with a B2B SaaS scale-up to find them a midweight Product Designer to join their team.

The business have grown very sensibly over the last few years, working in a market / problem space with significant opportunity for growth - this means solid investment in their product, with lots of exciting plans in the roadmap. Their emphasis is now on strategic headcount growth, but with a mentality of running a high-performing, sensibly scaled business.

You will be working closely alongside the Head of Product Design across both tactical and strategic areas of their products roadmap - it's an environment where there is lots of scope to learn, but also lots of scope to own too, so you should consider yourself fairly autonomous within many areas of product design, but with areas to grow into as well.

If the following describes you well, then this may be a great fit for you...

• 3-4 years' relevant Product Design experience.
• Happy working as part of a small design team.
• Have proven experience working on B2B products.
• Would enjoy ownership of both tactical & strategic product design work.
• Strong UI/Visual craft, paired with a deeply user-centred approach.
• A believer in pragmatism vs. perfection when it comes to process.

This is a hybrid role, requiring 1-2 days per week onsite at the office in Old Street.
