Product Designer – Digital Energy Trading Solutions

My client is a Global energy trading company leading the charge in digital transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to join their Energy Trading division as a Product Designer within a forward-thinking Information & Digital Technology team.

You’ll work on high-impact, internal B2B tools used by traders and analysts around the world, helping simplify complex workflows, improve operational efficiency, and support the organisation’s ambition to lead the energy transition.

Responsibilities As a Product Designer, you will: Lead and execute the full product design lifecycle from discovery to delivery Collaborate with users, developers, analysts, and product owners to solve complex business challenges Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and visual designs using Figma and design systems Facilitate workshops such as problem framing, jobs-to-be-done, and card sorting Ensure designs meet usability and accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG, ISO 9241) Present and communicate design concepts effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders
