Join Voyage Care as our new Procurement Specialist!\nAre you organised, detail‑driven, and passionate about creating efficient procurement processes? Voyage Care is looking for a proactive Procurement Specialist to support our Procurement Manager and help strengthen our procurement operations across the organisation.\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to work collaboratively across departments including Finance, Legal, IT, Property, Operations and Services, ensuring we deliver value, drive improvements, and maintain strong supplier partnerships.\n What you’ll be doing\n Strategic & Category Support\n\nAssist with building and delivering category strategies\nSupport cost-saving initiatives and supplier optimisation\nConduct market research, benchmarking, and risk identification\nWork with cross-functional teams to help shape procurement decisions Systems & Data Management\n\nBecome a core user of our procurement systems (Coupa, VPS)\nMaintain accurate supplier records, contracts, catalogues, and data\nSupport supplier onboarding/offboarding\nHelp develop system training and process improvements Procurement Processes & Compliance\n\nRaise and monitor purchase orders\nConduct spot buys within agreed thresholds\nSupport RFQs, tender admin, and initial quote analysis\nEnsure all activity meets internal governance, ethics, and compliance\nAssist with audits and inventory checks Supplier & Stakeholder Support\n\nHelp track supplier KPIs and performance\nLiaise with suppliers to resolve issues\nSupport internal teams with procurement queries, PO creation, and goods receipting\nMaintain the procurement intranet page and mailbox Reporting & Analysis\n\nPrepare spend reports, dashboards, and performance analysis\nSupport forecasting and budgeting exercises\nIdentify process improvements from insights and trends Learning & Development\n\nTake ownership of developing your procurement systems expertise\nHelp create internal training materials\nMentor junior colleagues where appropriate\n✅ What we’re looking for\n\nExperience in procurement or supply chain\nFamiliarity with Coupa or willingness to learn\nStrong Excel and data management skills\nConfident with AI and automation tools\nExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills\nProactive, organised, and able to juggle multiple tasks\nA passion for continuous improvement and smarter procurement\n Why Voyage Care?\nYou’ll be joining a supportive, collaborative team where your contribution makes a real impact.
