GES is on the hunt for a dynamic Procurement & Sourcing Manager to lead our strategic sourcing operations across India and the EMEA region. If you're a procurement pro with a sharp commercial mind, a passion for operational excellence, and a drive for innovation—this is your moment.
This high-impact role sits at the heart of our global operations, managing end-to-end procurement strategies, supplier relationships, and compliance initiatives that align with our business goals. You'll collaborate with cross-functional leaders in Finance, Legal, Operations, and Business Units to deliver value, sustainability, and outstanding service across the board.
What You'll Be Driving
Strategic Sourcing & Category Management
- Own regional sourcing strategies across key spend areas (IT, logistics, facilities, services & more)
- Run full-cycle sourcing (market analysis, RFPs, negotiations, and contract awards)
- Spot opportunities, cut costs, and reduce risk—fast
Supplier Management
- Build strong, value-driven supplier partnerships across India and EMEA
- Track performance via KPIs, SLAs & reviews
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement
Operational Procurement
- Deliver timely, compliant procurement services that keep us ahead
- Align internal business needs with sourcing strategies
- Leverage procurement tech for streamlined execution
Risk, Compliance & ESG
- Ensure full compliance with UK, EMEA & Indian laws and ethical standards
- Support audits and maintain pristine documentation
- Drive ESG and sustainability through responsible sourcing
Collaboration Across Functions
- Be the regional go-to expert for sourcing advice and best practices
- Partner with Legal, Finance, and Operations on solid, compliant deals
- Contribute to global initiatives and strategic category development
What You Bring
Must-Haves
- Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of procurement experience, with 2+ years in a regional EMEA or India-facing role
- Proven strength in negotiation, supplier management, and contract execution
- Sharp communicator with strong project management and stakeholder skills
- Solid grasp of trade laws and procurement compliance in EMEA/India
Nice-to-Haves
- CIPS certification (or working towards it)
- Global or matrixed organization experience
- Familiarity with ESG, DEI, and sustainable sourcing
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
