Procurement Assistant\n£25,000 | Exeter, Hybrid - 2 days per month in office | Permanent \n \nAn exciting opportunity to support the Digital Technology & Services Procurement team, working with internal stakeholders and IT suppliers to ensure the effective delivery and management of IT services. You’ll assist with contract renewals, supplier due diligence, and process improvements while helping to drive value and efficiency across the business.\n \nKey Responsibilities\n\nSupporting commercial negotiations and approvals for IT supplier contracts\nConducting supplier due diligence and managing contract renewals\nProducing regular reporting and analytics\nAssisting with SLAs, commercial analysis and licensing requirements\nProviding administrative support across procurement activities \nEssential Skillset\n\nStrong organisational skills and ability to multitask\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel\nExperience working with IT suppliers or a genuine interest in IT\nComfortable using ticketing platforms\nAnalytical mindset with enthusiasm for continuous improvement \nPackage\n\n£25,000 salary\nHybrid working (approx. 2 days per month in Exeter office)\n25 days’ holiday + bank holidays (plus option to buy additional unpaid leave)\n£300 annual lifestyle allowance\nPension scheme with excellent employer contributions\nPrivate health insurance\nIncome protection scheme\nCycle to Work and Gym Flex schemes\nCoaching, mentoring and strong training & development focus\nFree on-site parking
